Medical Aesthetics Company – ANZ
 

Scope:

A medical aesthetics company wanted to increase its market leverage via the development of a portfolio strategic plan, integrating the needs of three product brands.
 

TCC was engaged to facilitate this process, focussed on a two-day planning workshop and in-depth strategic analysis of workshop outputs.
 

Through a highly interactive workshop design, TCC guided 16 cross-functional attendees through group and team-based activities, to deliver an integrated marketing, sales, training and medical portfolio plan.
