Scope:

The medical aesthetics market was rapidly transforming. To stay at the forefront, the client engaged TCC to identify issues with their current market engagement to drive robust business planning.
 

Through a mixed method approach comprising clinical and commercial observational research, accompanied field trips, internal and external depth interviews and desk research, the project identified a critical set of sales, marketing and educational issues to feed the client’s strategic planning process.
