Practitioner Segmentation


Client:

Natural Healthcare Company - Australia


Scope:

A portfolio of practitioner-only natural medicines was wanting to optimise its marketing, sales and educational strategies through the implementation of a practitioner segmentation.
 

TCC was engaged to conduct an attitudinal segmentation of natural health practitioners, a group comprised of seven different disciplines.
 

Attitudes driving to segmentation were identified by TCC via an exploratory design of in-depth interviews and a qual/quant online research community, which were then quantified by our partner 5th Dimension in an online quantitative survey.
 

The project uncovered a powerful understanding of the client’s customers, with segments focussed on the activation of growth opportunities.
