Scope:
A pioneer of modern herbal medicine was under pressure from an increasingly competitive market. With a new generation of practitioners beginning to dominate who were less bonded to the category originator, TCC was engaged to revitalise the global brand.
Through a qualitative online research community, internal and external in-depth stakeholder engagement and a series of strategy workshops, the project rebuilt the brand from the ground up delivering a new vision, mission, brand positioning model and storytelling platform.
